Guest 'Check in' is available from midday onwards. Check Out must be before 11am

The price quoted includes all taxes (VAT @ 17.5%)

Cancellation Policy

From the time of reservation until 48 hours before check in, you can cancel your reservation without incurring a cancellation fee. From 48 hours before check in and up to the check in time you will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 nights' stay. Similarly, if you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged a fee of one nights' stay.

Payment Policy

When making a reservation we require a refundable down payment of 1 night's stay to be made by credit card. When you check out, you make the final payment of the amount owed either by credit card or cash - whichever you prefer. If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before check in, your down payment will be refunded to your credit card.

When you do make a booking, please remember the following:

GUARANTEE POLICY: We are a small hotel which does not have an 'over booking policy'. We require a first night's payment as a deposit and this will be charged at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You will receive a full refund of your deposit if we receive your cancellation 48 Hours prior to your arrival date.
